There are many reasons why someone might seek counselling.
Anyone can benefit from counselling sessions but generally clients arrive in the middle of a particularly stressful or upsetting situation, when they’re overwhelmed or when they simply feel stuck in a rut. Counselling is an amazing opportunity to better know ourselves, understand our challenges and draw on our strengths.
